Yes. The affinity range of 10 pM to 10 mM, flexible immobilisation chemistry, and assays cover antibodies, peptides and fragments, degraders and ternary complexes, oligonucleotides, and particles such as EVs and LNPs on the same instrument.

The inQuiQ starts as a 4-channel benchtop system. A spotter expands the chip to 16 sensors for multi-target panels, and the inQuiQ 768 adds an autosampler for 2x96 or 2x384 well plates, running up to 768 samples in series.

Yes. Existing SPR assays can be readily transferred to the inQuiQ. The inQuiQ supports flexible immobilisation approaches, allowing researchers to use established capture molecules, surface chemistries, and assay strategies without having to redesign their workflow around a fixed assay format.

Yes. The inQuiQ can be used with a range of sample types, from purified proteins to more complex biological samples, depending on the assay design and sample matrix. For example, an antibody workflow can use a purified antigen or Fc-binding capture surface to immobilise the target, followed by injection of antibody-containing samples to measure binding kinetics and compare antibody variants.
