Measuring Tight Binders
August 14, 2026
The inQuiQ® instrument uses a unique optical chip technology with ring resonators to achieve precise molecular binding measurements. This facilitates real-time, label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions. Due to the innovative design of the µfluidic system of the inQuiQ® and the excellent long term stability, virtually unlimited dissociation times can be measured. The instrument enables accurate determination of the kd for even the tightest binder. This white paper displays the effectiveness of the instrument in kinetic analysis of biomolecule interactions using a small peptide captured on a streptavidin surface and the kinetic binding of an antibody using the short and long dissociation protocol.
